Malene Mortensen and Carl Mörner Ringström have had a long ongoing collaboration, writing songs and playing live under Malene Mortensens name. They've released three albums in what some would call a semi-acoustic form of jazz or jazz fusion. This time they wanted to explore the possibilities of working from a home studio and having all the time you want to find exactly what you're after while diving into a more electronic genre. The result is here: two tracks, one with a driving pulse featuring a blistering guitar solo by Carl Mörner Ringström (Addictive) and one with a low key shuffle beat and and incredibly swinging outro ad lib vocal by Malene Mortensen (Only One Word).
